Mercedes and the Waning Moon Anime Adaptation in the Works

Author Fire head and illustrator KeG’s Mercedes and the Waning Moon: The Dungeoneering Feats of a Discarded Vampire Aristocrat light novel series is officially getting an anime adaptation. Publisher TO Books revealed plans today, but we’ll have to wait for further details, including staff, cast, format and release date.
The Mercedes and the Waning Moon: The Dungeoneering Feats of a Discarded Vampire Aristocrat novels ran from October 2018 to November 2022 via the Shosetsuka ni Naro website. The series is also available in print through TO Books’ TO Bunko imprint.
J-Novel Club publishes the novels in English and describes the story like so:
Mercedes and the Waning Moon Plot
Reincarnated as a vampire to a noble father and his shunned concubine, Mercedes Grunewald has always known that one day, her father will choose an heir that isn’t her.
