IF YOU MISSED out on this year’s Prime Day deals—or are experiencing symptoms of savings withdrawal—all is not lost. Amazon is always loaded with sales; you just have to do a little digging. And that’s where we come into the picture.
Amazon has a few secret deals section, and one of its least-advertised has some of the best deals on the site. Amazon Warehouse—also referred to as Amazon Resale—is chock-full of deals up to 60 percent off gently used brand-name products. And we’ll let you in on another little secret—this is, perhaps, one of the best times of the year to shop on Amazon Warehouse, considering we’re just a week removed from Amazon Prime Day. We’re going to see a plethora of deals come through the pipeline on recently purchased and returned Amazon products. So far, we’re already seeing steals on Ninja, DeWalt, Samsung, Herschel, and more. Don’t believe us? Shop the sale below, and don’t forget to bookmark this page for any updates.
Best Amazon Warehouse Deals
What Is Amazon Warehouse?
While we often call it a secret section, chances are, you’ve already shopped Amazon Warehouse/Resale. In short, it is Amazon’s own section for gently used and open-box products. The items have typically either been taken out of the box and returned or used once or twice before the previous owner decided they no longer needed them. Everything is in perfect working condition and simply embodies a change of heart.
Why Shop Amazon Warehouse?
Because it’s cheaper, duh. All kidding aside, not only are you keeping some much-needed cash in your pocket, but you’re also saving the environment; being thrifty has its benefits. And in many (or most) cases, the item has barely even been used. Why not save a few bucks on a product you already had your sights set on?
If you’re still a bit unsure about virtual shopping second-hand, you should at least know that Amazon is very transparent about the condition of all its resale items. Every product is thoroughly inspected as it goes through several stages of quality assurance. This way, you know exactly the type of condition you’re receiving your purchases in. Amazon breaks each of them down categorically, as listed below.
Used – Like New: The item is fully functional and features all of its essential accessories. The packaging may have some minor damage, but the item is essentially brand new and refurbished.
Used – Very Good: The product is still in fantastic condition and, again, fully functional. It may have seen some minor use, and the packaging could be slightly damaged. The item may also have slight cosmetic damage. It could be missing some non-essential items, which will be noted in the product listing.
Used – Good: The product has moderate usage and could feature a little bit more wear. It is still fully functional, though. The package may also be damaged, or the item may have been repackaged altogether. In this instance, some key accessories may also be missing, which you will have to purchase separately.
Used – Acceptable: The product exhibits clear signs of use but remains fully operational. It also may contain a bit more cosmetic damage and/or light wear and tear. The item may also come in damaged packaging or be repackaged. Essential and non-essential accessories may also be missing, but will be listed as such under the product listing.
Used – As-is: The item shows extensive wear or cosmetic imperfections. It can still perform its main function(s), but could be missing some valuable components. It also may or may not work properly unless the missing items are purchased separately. The full condition of the item will be shown in the product listing. This is usually an outlier for Amazon Warehouse products.
How to Find Amazon Warehouse
Again, you’ve probably seen Amazon Warehouse before—you just didn’t realize it. You’ve probably seen it on the main product listing when you toggle to the “Other sellers on Amazon” section. There are typically some Amazon Resale items listed there.
If you’re still perplexed, that’s fair; you likely haven’t been on the main landing page, which is a part of Amazon’s greater deals hub. There are a couple of ways to access it. The first way is to go to the main drop-down menu on Amazon’s homepage and toggle between different categories to search from. Take a look below:
The alternative is to go to the main Amazon Deals hub and scroll to the top left of the page. There, you’ll find a few different options for deals: Today’s Deals, Coupons, Renewed Deals, Outlet, Amazon Resale, and Grocery Deals. Click on Amazon Resale and, voila—you’re in it to win it.
And while the Amazon Resale section isn’t going anywhere anytime soon, we’d suggest capitalizing on its surprisingly robust selection on the heels of Prime Day. We haven’t seen deals this juicy in a minute.
