THE BEST GEAR Lululemon has to offer doesn’t go on sale all that often, so any price cut is essentially a godsend. While we are regulars at Lululemon’s semi-secret “We made too much” section, that’s not technically a “sale,” per se; the brand is pretty forthright when it comes to the fact that it may have overestimated the demand for some of its bestselling products. And those price cuts usually are only reflected in a handful of styles.
Right now, though, Lululemon is doing something that is nearly unprecedented: The outfitter is running an actual summer sale. In a vacuum, it does make sense why the premium athleisure brand rarely holds sales—its high-quality workout gear is already coveted enough, so why bother to discount it in the first place? At least, that’s how we interpret it. Nonetheless, when there is a sale at Lululemon going on, you have to find a way to capitalize. And that’s where we come in.
We rounded up some of the best deals on men’s styles, ranging from workout clothes to swim trunks to shoes, to take some of the sifting, sorting, and filtering out of your hands. Call it a favor. Either way, we’ll go through some of the rare sale finds, or better yet, you can shop the full sale below. Happy (rare) savings.

There are quite a few things to love on this list—and trust us, we do. For starters, we’re now firmly entrenched in summer golf, and there are a few deals to be had to have you looking better than you’re playing. We love Lululemon golf shirts, and the Evolution Short-Sleeve Polo Shirt is no exception. It truly combines fashion with function and features lululemon’s patented anti-stink technology in conjunction with soft, breathable, four-way stretch material. This is a versatile option that can be used on the links or in a more casual setting, and it’s now under $50.
Another green-certified option comes courtesy of the Commission Classic-Tapered Golf Pants, which boast integrated ventilation and abrasion-resistant stretch fabric for the perfect blend of durability and comfort. They’re also now under $100, which is virtually unheard of.
There’s also a ton of workout gear on offer, too. The Pace Breaker Linerless Short is a comfortable, performance-driven workout essential with a 5-inch inseam, enhanced ventilation, and plenty of storage; it’s also now almost 50 percent off. For something with a little more support, try the License to Train Lined Shorts, which feature a longer 7-inch inseam and an improved hemline and fit for greater mobility. They’re also now under $70.
If you’re in the market for a new swimsuit for the second half of the summer, you’re still in luck—there are plenty of classic styles on sale as well. For instance, the sleek and thoughtfully designed 5-inch Lined Pool Shorts are currently 50 percent off, while the ultra-comfy, vacation-friendly 5-inch Swim Shorts are now under $60 for a limited time.
Footwear deals are also aplenty. Save a whopping 57 percent on the stylish, classic Cityverse Cotton Canvas Sneaker. For something a bit more performance-oriented, you can opt for nearly 40 percent off the ever-popular Beyondfeel Running Shoes. Recovery is also a huge component of every great exercise routine, and these Restfeel Men’s Slides are an excellent post-workout option.
Again, keep in mind this type of sale doesn’t happen often, if at all. We’d suggest taking advantage of these rare savings sooner, rather than later.
