Marquis Who’s Who Honors Dr. Deanna Hall for Expertise in Leadership Development and Education

Dr. Deanna Hall Celebrated as Secretary of the Women Veterans Advisory Council

LEHIGH ACRES, FL, July 24, 2025 /24-7PressRelease/ — Dr. Deanna Hall has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who for her outstanding contributions to leadership development, education, and women’s advocacy. Individuals profiled in Marquis Who’s Who are selected based on their position, achievements, visibility, and prominence in their field.

Dr. Hall has built a remarkable career as an educator, veteran, and visionary leader. As the Secretary of the Women Veterans Advisory Council, she has long been a champion for women veterans and their families. Today, she is boldly expanding her mission—transitioning from serving exclusively veterans to empowering all women who have experienced emotional trauma, silence, or loss of identity. Through storytelling, leadership development, and healing-centered teaching, Dr. Hall helps women rediscover their voice, own their truth, and step into freedom.

Her commitment to transformation is reflected in her dynamic speaking engagements and the expansion of her programs, which now support women from all walks of life in reclaiming their power and purpose.

She is currently preparing to release her highly anticipated book, Brave Again: Permission to Heal—a deeply personal and empowering work inspired by her own journey.

Before stepping into her national leadership roles, Dr. Hall spent 25 years in education, transforming lives in middle schools, high schools, and correctional settings. Her teaching journey began in algebra, then sixth grade, followed by her work at East Lee County High School, where she taught students who spoke no English. Her assistant—who translated her lessons—was so inspired that she later became a math teacher herself.

Dr. Hall went on to teach in South Korea, tutor her niece and nephew while earning a Master of Education in Mathematics from Western Governors University, and serve inner-city students in Dallas, Texas. She later taught incarcerated students in Arkansas through a GED program at National Park College, giving them the tools to break generational cycles through education.

Dr. Hall credits the Speakpreneur platform for reigniting her voice and purpose, which empowered her to tell her story with courage and clarity.

A proud U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Dr. Hall served honorably as a sergeant for six years—an experience that forged her resilience and leadership style. She holds a Doctorate in Education from Capella University, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Colorado Technical University, and an Associate Degree from Florida College.

Known for her servant leadership and compassion, Dr. Hall volunteers with The American Legion and served as the Florida Department Women Veterans’ Chair. She also mentors youth through programs like Florida Girls State and Ohio Buckeye Girls State and has remained a powerful voice in spaces that uplift underserved communities.

After attending the Speakpreneur event on May 24th, Dr. Hall was inspired to complete her book within a few months—an achievement she credits to the clarity and empowerment she received from that transformative experience.

Dr. Hall attributes her success to resilience, faith, and the steadfast support of her family. She has received numerous honors, including the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal, and was recognized in Who’s Who Among American High School Students in 1987. Her life’s work continues to inspire women to heal, lead, and live boldly—no matter what they’ve endured.
