Casio has confirmed that it will bring four new G-Shock Black and Gold watches to more markets worldwide. Already confirmed for Japan, the range includes a digital watch and three analog-digital timepieces. Each model has a slightly different feature set, with various black and gold designs.
Casio has listed four new watches in the G-Shock Black and Gold series on its international website. These digital and analog-digital wearables were unveiled in July 2025 and are set to launch in Japan in August. The new product listings indicate that these wearables will be released in other countries in the coming weeks.
As suggested by the series name, each of these G-Shocks features a black and gold design, with black resin casing, bezel and strap. The GA-010GGB-1A9 and GA-100GGB-1A9 have gold watch faces and button text, while the GA-010GB-1A9 has a black dial with gold accents. The GD-010GB-1A9 sports a gold ring around the golden-hued digital display.
Each model has slightly different features. The two GA-010 series hybrid watches have Casio’s Carbon Core Guard structure and support world time. There are tools like a stopwatch and daily alarms, and they should run for around 10 years. The GA-100 timepiece, another hybrid model, is magnetic resistant and water resistant to 200 m. There is support for world time, a countdown timer, multiple alarms and a precise stopwatch.
The GA-010 is the only digital watch of the four, also equipped with the Carbon Core Guard structure. Users of this model can select up to four time zones to switch between, and access a stopwatch, timer and alarms. This product is water resistant to 200 m and has a 10 year battery life estimate.
It is unclear in which markets these new Casio Black and Gold watches will be released, aside from Japan. Further information, such as a rollout date and pricing, has also yet to be announced. As a guide, the pricing for the Japanese market can be found below.
