I mean, it’s not life ruining or anything, but there was nobody else when I booked the tickets for my partner and I, and it was EMPTY when we got there. Right before the movie starts, this total stranger comes in and sits in the seat RIGHT next to me (not even one seat over!!!), gets out her snacks and starts munching.
Why???
And the whole damn movie, I’m constantly distracted by this random person trying to crack jokes and talk to me when I’m just trying to, y’know, be on a date. And maybe it would have been better if they were funny jokes, but there was no charm whatsoever.
We do movie dates all the time and have for years, so it’s more of just an interesting experience, more funny than anything else in retrospect. But man, we were both irritated during the movie. Why did she do this? Don’t do this.
